Motorsport Event Medical Cover
Motorsport events require specialist medical teams who understand the unique risks associated with high-speed racing. Our paramedics are experienced in managing trauma incidents and work seamlessly with circuit safety teams to provide rapid response medical care. We provide fully equipped ambulances positioned strategically around the venue, ensuring compliance with Motorsport UK medical regulations and track licensing requirements for events including racing, rallying, karting, and track days.
Athletic Event Medical Cover
From parkruns to marathons, athletic events demand medical teams who understand sports-related injuries and conditions such as dehydration, heat exhaustion, and musculoskeletal injuries. Our event medical staff are positioned at key locations along the route and at the finish line, providing immediate care for participants. We work with race directors to develop comprehensive medical plans that account for participant numbers, weather conditions, and course difficulty, ensuring your athletic event runs safely and smoothly.
Carnival and Festival Medical Cover
Carnivals and festivals bring communities together but also present unique medical challenges, including crowd density, heat-related illness, and minor injuries. Our medical teams establish accessible first aid posts throughout your event site, clearly signposted and equipped to handle everything from minor cuts and bruises to more serious medical emergencies. We provide visible medical presence that reassures attendees whilst remaining unobtrusive to the festive atmosphere.

Cycling events, whether competitive races or charity rides, require medical teams familiar with cycling-related injuries and the logistics of providing care along extended routes. Our mobile medical units can follow routes or be stationed at key points, with paramedics trained in managing common cycling injuries including fractures, soft tissue damage, and head injuries. We coordinate with event organisers and support vehicles to ensure comprehensive medical coverage from start to finish.
Charity Walk and Hike Medical Cover
Charity hikes and sponsored walks often take participants into challenging terrain and remote locations. Our medical teams are experienced in providing care in outdoor environments, carrying appropriate equipment for extended first aid scenarios. We assess route profiles and potential access difficulties, positioning medical staff strategically to provide rapid response times. Our presence allows organisers to focus on fundraising whilst we ensure participant safety throughout the journey.

Why Choose Our Event Medical Services
With paramedic leadership and a focus on reliability, we combine medical expertise with exceptional service for every client.
Paramedic-Led Expertise
Our medical teams are led by qualified paramedics with extensive experience in pre-hospital emergency care and event medical services. This leadership ensures clinical excellence and appropriate decision-making in emergency situations, giving you confidence that your event medical provision meets the highest professional standards. Our paramedics maintain continuous professional development and hold current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Bespoke Medical Planning
We understand that no two events are identical. Our approach involves detailed risk assessment and medical planning tailored specifically to your event's requirements. We consider factors including expected attendance, event duration, participant demographics, venue layout, and weather conditions to develop comprehensive medical plans that ensure appropriate coverage whilst remaining cost-effective for your budget.
Comprehensive Equipment
All our medical staff attend events with equipment appropriate to the level of care they provide. Our ambulances meet national standards for emergency ambulance specification, whilst our first aid teams carry extensive supplies that go beyond basic requirements. We maintain our equipment to the highest standards and regularly audit our stock to ensure we're always prepared for any medical eventuality at your event.
Qualified First Aiders for Intimate Gatherings
First Aid Staff for Smaller Events
Not every event requires a full ambulance crew, and we recognise that proportionate medical provision is key. For smaller events, we provide qualified first aiders who hold current Emergency First Aid at Work or First Aid at Work qualifications. Our first aid staff come equipped with comprehensive first aid kits and are experienced in managing the most common event-related injuries and medical conditions, providing cost-effective yet professional medical cover for community events, small festivals, and private functions.

Frequently Asked Questions
With paramedic leadership and a focus on reliability, we combine medical expertise with exceptional service for every client.
We recommend booking event medical cover as early as possible, ideally 8-12 weeks before your event date. This allows sufficient time for risk assessment, medical planning, and ensuring staff availability. However, we understand that sometimes events are organised at shorter notice, and we'll always endeavour to accommodate last-minute requests where possible. Early booking also allows us to work collaboratively on your event safety plans and obtain necessary approvals.
The appropriate level of medical cover depends on several factors including the type of event, expected attendance, participant age profile, event duration, and specific activities involved. HSE guidance and industry-specific regulations (such as Motorsport UK or UK Athletics requirements) often stipulate minimum medical provision. We conduct thorough risk assessments for each event and advise on the appropriate medical resources needed to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
All our paramedics hold current HCPC registration and maintain their clinical skills through regular continuing professional development. All first aid staff hold recognised qualifications appropriate to their role. We maintain comprehensive insurance policies for employers liability, public liability and medical malpractice. Our fleet is also fully insured for ambulance use. All insurance certificates can be provided upon request.
Yes, we provide event medical cover seven days a week, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Many events take place outside standard working hours, and our staff are accustomed to working flexible shift patterns to accommodate your event. Your quotes will reflect this so there is no unexpected charges for unsociable hours worked.
If a patient requires treatment, our team will provide immediate care including initial assessment and stabilisation. If required the team will make arrangments for appropriate onward travel. We will always prioritise patient care whilst working with organisers to minimise any disruption to the event.
